The HZS75 combines a JS1500 mixer, a PLD2400 batcher, 4 aggregate bins and skip hoist feeding. Its 75 m³/h rating is theoretical, not a promise of continuous site output. Share your daily concrete demand, available operating hours, mix and truck turnaround when checking capacity.
Compare the HZS90 (90 m³/h, JS1500, inclined belt feeding). HZS75 and HZS90 both use JS1500 mixers, but their aggregate feeding systems differ; the mixer name alone does not describe plant output or layout.
Include your project city in Pakistan, daily output, shifts, application, aggregate types, electrical supply and required silo quantity. The mixer motor rating is not the total connected plant load. Confirm total electrical demand, foundations and layout against the selected configuration.
Ask for an itemised equipment and accessories list, transport scope and tax treatment. Our current service terms include 15 days of installation guidance. Lifting, concrete foundations, embedded parts and cables need separate site arrangements. The agreed written quotation and contract define the final supply.
