Batching Plant Site Preparation in Pakistan: Checklist

Prepare a batching plant site around the agreed equipment layout. HZS25–HZS75 use skip-hoist feeding; HZS90 and HZS120 use an inclined belt. A belt conveyor, storage arrangement or extra silo can change the layout. Do not copy foundation dimensions from a photograph or a different model.

• Demand: record daily concrete need, working hours, mix types and truck loading schedule. Published hourly capacities are theoretical.
• Layout: identify plant position, aggregate stockpiles, loader routes, truck entry and exit, and maintenance access.
• Ground conditions: have a qualified local civil engineer check the ground, drainage and foundation design against the supplier’s final drawings.
• Approvals: confirm applicable land-use and operating requirements with local authorities for your specific site.

• Foundations: use approved final equipment drawings for foundations and embedded parts; check positions and levels before installation.
• Electricity: ask a qualified electrical engineer to confirm supply, total connected load, protection, earthing and cable routing. Mixer motor power alone is not total plant power.
• Water and materials: confirm water source and supply, cement delivery access, aggregate storage and material handling arrangements.
• Unloading: agree vehicle access, crane or lifting arrangements, lifting responsibility and safe working space.

We do not publish a universal site-area, foundation-size or electrical-load figure because these depend on configuration and local site conditions.

Current terms include 15 days of installation guidance. The customer separately arranges lifting, concrete foundations, embedded parts and cables. Before dispatch, agree who provides installation labour, tools, utilities and test materials, and record how commissioning and handover will be accepted. Ask about any support needed beyond the agreed period.
